CALGARY, Oct. 19, 2016 /CNW/ - What is the economic impact of Canada's regulatory regimes?  It seems government doesn't really know.   But Jack Mintz does, and he'll reveal the impact of regulation in a report that will be released tomorrow by The School of Public Policy.  The report will be released at 10:00 a.m. ET on Thursday October 20^th.
