TORONTO, Nov. 13, 2013 /CNW/ - Special Olympics Canada invites media to join us, along with celebrity guests, Special Olympics athletes, and Special Olympics supporters, to celebrate the limitless power of sport. LIMITLESS: The Special Olympics Canada Gala will bring together more than 700 champions of the Special Olympics movement, giving them an opportunity to mingle with sport celebrities as well as Special Olympics athletes. Hosted by TSN's on-air personalities Jennifer Hedger and Rod Black, LIMITLESS will feature terrific live performances, incredible live- and silent-auctions, and an awesome after-party, all in the name of raising awareness and funds for Special Olympics programs across Canada.
Included in the live auction is a 2014 Cadillac CTS (Motor Trend's 2014 Car of the Year) package, courtesy of LIMITLESS' Automotive sponsor, Cadillac, and a five-day luxury cruise experience in Nassau, Bahamas for eight people on a private yacht. In addition, there will be an opportunity earlier in the day for members of the media to try their luck against both Special Olympics and celebrity athletes on a golf simulator, presented by Golf Town.
