Media Procedure for the Oral Statement Hearings
Members of the media are welcome to attend the oral statement hearings. Filming, recording and photographing will be allowed within pre-established fixed locations in the hearing room. Media reporting or interviews will not be allowed inside the hearing room. There is limited space for media in the hearing room. Media may be asked to rotate in and out in order to allow equal access for all media outlets.
Media are also welcome to observe the hearings in the public viewing room. Interviews or reporting from inside the viewing room will not be allowed. The Panel may modify the media procedure for the hearings at any time.
