Media Advisory - Jost Vineyards to launch new frizzante
HALIFAX, May 13, 2014 /CNW/ - Jost Vineyards will launch Atlantic Canada's premier frizzante-style wine at the Carleton this Thursday, May 15th at 4 p.m. And it may, says Jost owner Carl Sparkes, "become the defining wine style of Nova Scotia."
Sparkes says the launch of this product proves that Nova Scotia's wine industry is turning a corner in recognition and global relevance. It received major plaudits from global wine professionals at this year's ProWein, one of the world's most important wine-and-spirit trade shows, held annually in Düsseldorf, Germany.
Media are invited to attend the launch event and sample the product. Speakers will include Carl Sparkes, owner of Jost Vineyards and Peter Rockwell, Category Manager for the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation. Special performances by Jennah Barry and Lana Grant. Special guest appearance by Bruce Guthro.
