Media Advisory - Just How Energy "Literate" are Canada's Decision Makers?
The School of Public Policy to Release Results from National Survey of Business Leaders and Policy Makers
CALGARY, Feb. 26, 2013 /CNW/ - Last year, The School of Public Policy released the results of a national poll that showed Canadians simply don't know much about the energy they use, energy markets or the importance of energy to the economy.
Tomorrow, media are invited to a media conference featuring Prof. Michal Moore and Dr. Andre Turcotte where they will release the results from "Part 2" of that research. This time, the research doesn't focus on the general public - but business leaders and policy makers.
Energy is the most important sector of Alberta's economy and a source of constant debate. But is that debate well informed? Even at the top?
