HUNDRED JOBS TO BE FILLED, INCLUDING 1,100 POSITIONSIN THE MINING INDUSTRY
MONTREAL, Sept. 9 /CNW Telbec/ - The Lure of the North invites journalists to meet with its representatives at Victoria Square (corner of Viger and Victoria Square) on Monday, September 13, between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Journalists will be able to learn more about the results of last year's tour and new efforts to attract workers to the James Bay region.
This initiative is aimed at filling several hundred jobs in various sectors, along with the 1,100 positions to be filled in the mining industry over the next five years.
Journalists will also be able to tour The Lure of the North's information trailer which will be visiting several Quebec regions to share the good news, distribute information and answer questions from interested people.
