MEDIA ADVISORY - LCBO workers in Kingston to picket
KINGSTON, ON, Feb. 24, 2017 /CNW/ - Members of the Ontario Public Service Employees Union (OPSEU) will host another information picket Saturday as part of the union's ongoing campaign against the continuing expansion of alcohol sales to grocery stores.

"We want to make sure the Premier knows we're not backing down," said Local 497 president Teresa Graham. "This backdoor privatization is bad policy, and it poses a serious threat, both to the public services we all rely on, and to good jobs that help so many communities prosper. We're hoping Ontarians help us carry this message to Premier Kathleen Wynne."
