Time: |
1 p.m. to 4 p.m. |
Place: |
Outside LCBO Store #387, 1711 Algonquin Ave., North Bay (Hwy 11 North and Hwy 17 West) |
"We believe it is vital to have these information pickets to educate the public," said Local 682 chief steward Amanda Pellerin and Local 682 president Judy Jones in a joint statement.
"We want to ensure they know that they own the LCBO, and that losing it could really hurt Ontario's future. The public needs to know that by shopping at the LCBO, you are giving back to your communities. You are paying for health care, infrastructure, recycling, and much more."
