TORONTO, Feb. 19, 2014 /CNW/ - The Honourable David C. Onley, Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, will present the 2013 Lieutenant Governor's Ontario Heritage Awards to 18 Lifetime Achievement recipients and 32 young people for outstanding contributions to the conservation of Ontario's heritage.
