Media Advisory - Maple Leaf Foods partners with Speroway to help Hamilton families at Christmas.

HAMILTON, ON, Dec. 19, 2012 /CNW/ - This Christmas season, Speroway is partnering with Maple Leaf Foods to distribute 150 turkeys, canned hams and food boxes at a distribution event at Parkview, a community-based organization in Hamilton.

Where: They are located at 1120W, 5^th Street in Hamilton.

Parkview operates programs to collect donations of food, clothing, furniture and household items and prepare meals for the needy in the community. Speroway President, Ken Dick says, "We deliver food and hygiene products to various groups in Hamilton every month. We are thrilled that Maple Leaf Foods is coming alongside us to make this a Merry Christmas for some of Hamilton's neediest families."

We are asking media to join us between 1:30 pm and 2:00 pm on Thursday, December 20^th 2012.
