Media Advisory - Matthew Sandusky to Speak at Little Warriors' Third Annual Be Brave Luncheon

EDMONTON, March 31, 2015 /CNW/ - On April 1, 2015, Little Warriors will host its Third Annual Be Brave Luncheon, presented by Gemstone Logistics and Fluid Life. All proceeds from the event will go towards the Be Brave Ranch, a treatment centre where children can heal from the damaging effects of sexual abuse.

This community event will feature Matthew Sandusky as the keynote speaker. Matthew was 8 years old when his adoptive father—former Penn State football coach, Jerry Sandusky—began sexually abusing him. Since coming forward with his experience and enduring a high profile court case, Matthew has dedicated his life to speaking out against child sexual abuse.

• Shaw Conference Centre, Hall D
