OTTAWA, Sept. 30, 2013 /CNW/ - The Public Service Alliance of Canada invites journalists to attend a briefing on why the government should reconsider its decision to close Veterans Affairs offices in Kelowna, Prince George, Saskatoon, Brandon, Thunder Bay, Windsor, Sydney, Charlottetown and Corner Brook.
PSAC will be launching a short YouTube video at the event, and then veterans and PSAC members from the communities losing offices will talk about how the closures will hurt veterans.
