Media Advisory - Media opportunities at WWF-Canada's CN Tower Climb for Nature Saturday and Sunday, April 16 & 17, 2016
TORONTO, April 14, 2016 /CNW/ - Thousands of Canadians will lace up to take Toronto's tallest challenge and climb 1,776 steps for WWF's CN Tower Climb for Nature on Saturday and Sunday, April 16 and 17, 2016.
Climbing the Tower is a unique personal challenge taken by the young and the old. With times ranging from 7 mins and 52 seconds to two hours, climbers get to challenge their personal best to reach the summit.
There's still time for people in the GTA and beyond to make this the year they take the challenge and support conservation work across the country. Register now at www.wwf.ca/cntower and raise at least $100 (individuals) or $150 (team members) to be eligible to climb.
Please note that all media will be required to sign security waiver forms in order to ascend the CN Tower by elevator. Forms will be available at the media desk in the base of the Tower.
