Media Advisory - Member of Parliament Jacques Gourde Will Make an Announcement About Arts, Culture and Official Languages in the Québec City and Eastern Quebec Regions

OTTAWA, July 20, 2012 /CNW/ - Jacques Gourde, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, for Official Languages and for the Economic Development Agency for the Regions of Quebec, will announce on Monday, in Québec City, support for projects related to arts, culture and official languages in the Québec City and Eastern Quebec regions. He will make this announcement on behalf of the Honourable James Moore, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages.

Mr. Gourde will also be available to comment on the consultations on the next phase of the Government's Roadmap for Canada's Linguistic Duality.
