TORONTO, Dec. 3, 2012 /CNW/ - The Metrolinx Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday December 5, 2012 to receive a report on the proposed next wave of priority projects for The Big Move, including a new downtown relief line to connect the regions. The Board will also vote on a fare adjustment for 2013 to enable GO Transit to continue offering the best possible service and meet the needs of its growing ridership.
Metrolinx Board Chair Robert Prichard and CEO Bruce McCuaig will be available to media following the board meeting. Please note, the closed session begins at 8:00 am and the public session begins at 10:45 am.
