BROCKVILLE, ON, June 18, 2012 /CNW/ - Fulford Place is hosting a Millinery Fashion Show and Afternoon Tea - an event celebrating hats - in conjunction with a special exhibit called "The Mode in Millinery 1899-1946." The event will be held on the south veranda, overlooking the St. Lawrence River.

Norma Shephard, the founder and director of the Mobile Millinery Museum & Costume Archive, will present the fashion show and accompanying talk. Participants are encouraged to get in the spirit of the occasion by wearing their own hat and period costume. Norma will be available during the event to date heirloom hats.
Tickets are $45 for adults and $30 for children (HST included). The ticket price includes entry to the special exhibit - arrive after 11 a.m. for a tour before the fashion show.
