REGINA, SK, Nov. 17, 2016 /CNW/ - The Honourable Ralph Goodale, Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, on behalf of the Honourable Jane Philpott, Minister of Health, will announce the funding of an innovative health research project at the University of Regina.
