CALGARY, May 24, 2017 /CNW/ - The Honourable Kent Hehr, Minister of Veterans Affairs, Associate Minister of National Defence and Member of Parliament (Calgary Centre), will announce funding for the City of Calgary's Canada Day 2017 celebrations. He will make this announcement on behalf of the Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Canadian Heritage.
Minister Hehr will be accompanied by Darshan Kang, Member of Parliament (Calgary Skyview), and His Worship Naheed Nenshi, Mayor of Calgary, for this announcement.
