OTTAWA, Sept. 22, 2017 /CNW/ - In celebration of our nation's 150th birthday, the Honourable Ahmed Hussen, Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship and The Right Honourable Jean Chrétien, former Prime Minister of Canada will welcome 50 new citizens at the National Arts Centre (NAC) in Ottawa.

During the year-long celebration Canadians across the country are encouraged to reaffirm their citizenship and share what citizenship means to them on social media using #MyCitizenship and #Canada150.
