OTTAWA, Feb. 3, 2016 /CNW/ - The Honourable Catherine McKenna, Minister of Environment and Climate Change and Minister responsible for Parks Canada, will be welcoming visitors and skaters for a true Parks Canada experience on the Rideau Canal at Winterlude.
