Media Advisory - Minister McKenna opens Student Energy's Innovation Jam at Carleton University Français
OTTAWA, Nov. 8, 2017 /CNW/ - Media representatives are advised that the Minister of Environment and Climate Change, Catherine McKenna will provide opening remarks for Student Energy Carleton's innovation jam. This is Minister McKenna's fourth stop on her #ClimateCampus tour inspiring young Canadians to get involved in climate action.
The innovation Jam: Ottawa Sustainability Challenge is set up as a hackathon to forward innovative ideas in Ottawa. Winning teams will receive $5000 to take their idea a step further and will have the opportunity to present to the Environment & Climate Protection Committee at the City of Ottawa.
