	Daytime Keynote Speaker- Jim Dickmeyer, U.S. Consul General to Toronto, Canada
	12:30 pm - Jim Dickmeyer, U.S. Consul General to Toronto, Canada will be addressing the delegates at lunch.  The Consul General is expected to recognize the utilities that helped provide assistance to the United States following Hurricane Sandy
