Media Advisory - Minister of Industry Hon. James Moore to Headline Symposium on Global Commerce in Ottawa

CALGARY, Sept. 12, 2014 /CNW/ - On Monday, September 15, 2014, the Hon. James Moore, Minister of Industry, will present a keynote speech at The School of Public Policy's International Trade Experts Annual Symposium in Ottawa. Minister Moore will discuss internal trade within the context of Canada's Global Markets Action Plan, and Canada's lack of progress in removing internal trade barriers.

Media are invited to attend the keynote presentation and Q&A with Minister Moore. A scrum will follow the speech and Q&A.

Then, at 2:00 that same day, Prof. Eugene Beaulieu will lead a media scrum to discuss the high-level recommendations of the symposium.
