Media Advisory - Montreal-area olympic and paralympic athletes, coaches and builders to receive Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal Français
OTTAWA, Feb. 27, 2013 /CNW/ - The Canadian Olympic and Paralympic Committees are proud to announce that London 2012 athletes will be receiving the prestigious Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal in Montreal on Thursday, February 28, 2013.
In addition, the CPC and the COC will be presenting additional Diamond Jubilee Medals to individuals who have helped grow the Olympic and Paralympic movements in Canada. Media are invited to attend to capture remarks, photo-opportunity and one-on-one interviews.
