Media advisory - Montréal to host the 46th Annual Meeting of the Society for the Study of Reproduction (SSR) Français
MONTREAL, July 19, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - From July 22 to 26, a major conference on reproduction will take place at the Palais des congrès de Montréal. Under the theme, Reproductive Health: Nano to Global, the 46th Annual Meeting of the Society for the Study of Reproduction (SSR) will bring together over 1,200 delegates from five continents in Montréal. On this occasion, the media are invited to attend lectures and meet with the many experts who will be present.
The plenary sessions and lectures presented during the four days will address various issues related to reproduction, from the use of stem cells to the impact of lifestyle and pollution on fertility, as well as the various pathologies of the reproductive system.
Welcomed to Montréal by the Réseau québécois en reproduction (RQR), this conference has received financial and logistic support from Tourisme Montréal to hold the event in Québec's metropolis. Montréal is proud to host the conference, which will generate economic benefits estimated at more than $3 million.
