Media Advisory - Montréal's New Harbourfront Update to be Delivered
MONTRÉAL, March 18 /CNW/ - Mark Laroche, President and CEO of Canada Lands Company CLC Limited (CLC), will deliver a speech tomorrow morning summarizing progress to date and next steps in CLC's Nouveau Havre de Montréal redevelopment project, and call upon the Montréal community to engage in the development of the Pointe-du-Moulin properties, including SiloNo.5, as the City prepares for its 375th anniversary in 2017.
On Friday, March 19, Mr. Laroche will address a strategic forum held by the Board of Trade of metropolitan Montréal entitled: "Major Projects: Recovery is in the works Now". The forum begins at 7 a.m.
In April 2007, the Government of Canada announced that it was appointing CLC as master developer of the Nouveau Havre de Montréal.
