MOOSE JAW, SK, June 21, 2017 /CNW/ - Residents of Moose Jaw will add their voices to the growing opposition to the Sask Party cuts and privatization agenda at a rally on Thursday.
"They have made deep cuts to services that our community relies on. Furthermore, they have misled the people—the shareholders of our Crown Corporations—about their privatization agenda," said Lorne Hill, Chief Steward of Unifor Local 3 in Moose Jaw.

Among other sectors, Unifor represents thousands of Crown corporation workers at SaskTel, SaskEnergy, SaskPower, and SaskWater.
Unifor is Canada's largest union in the private sector, representing more than 310,000 workers. It was formed Labour Day weekend 2013 when the Canadian Auto Workers and the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers unions merged.
