Media Advisory - National Voice For Meningitis Shouting From the Rooftops, Literally
TORONTO, April 23, 2013 /CNW/ - The Meningitis Research Foundation of Canada (MRFC) is setting aside their fear of heights by walking the edge of Canada's tallest structure in support of World Meningitis Day. On April 24th, the group, along with supporters, will be joining hands to participate in the EdgeWalk around the circumference of the CN Tower. Why? To encourage Canadians to speak with their physician and understand more about this devastating disease.
Later that same day, the Toronto skyline will be lit with blue and green, the colours of the Meningitis Research Foundation, as the CN Tower honours global meningitis awareness day.
