GATINEAU, QC, Oct. 21, 2013 /CNW/ — The Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) will hold a news conference to release its investigation report (A12O0071) regarding the fatal May 2012 accident involving a Cochrane Air Service de Havilland DHC-2 which crashed in Lillabelle Lake, Ontario.
