NOTICE OF ORAL HEARING
IN THE MATTER OF
an application by the City of Vancouver for an order requiring the Canadian Pacific Railway Company (CP) to make an offer to governments to transfer the Arbutus Corridor portion of the Marpole Spur, for no more than the net salvage value as of 2004, and for an order cancelling CP's amendment to its three-year plan removing the Arbutus Corridor from the list of lines it intends to discontinue.
Purpose of hearing
The Canadian Transportation Agency will hear oral arguments from counsel for both parties.
