Media advisory - Obsolete pesticide collection campaign coming to the Interior, Kootenay and Okanagan regions

ETOBICOKE, ON, Oct. 2, 2012 /CNW/ - Farmers in the Interior, Kootenay and Okanagan regions are being invited to turn in their obsolete or unwanted agricultural pesticides at designated collection sites and dates between Oct. 15 and Nov. 1.

Interior Region
Oct. 15 - Smithers - Bulkley Valley Fair Grounds, 2701 Pacific St.
Oct. 16 - Vanderhoof - Vanderhoof Co-op, 188 Stewart St. East
Oct. 17 - Prince George - Regional District of Fraser-Fort George, Foothills Boulevard Regional Landfill, 6595 Foothills Blvd.
Oct. 18 - North Cariboo Growers Co-op, 1280 Quesnel Hixon Rd.
Oct. 19 - Williams Lake - 153 Mile Fertilizer Sales Ltd., 5101 Frizzi Rd.
Oct. 23 - Pemberton - Pemberton Transfer Station, 1947 Carpenter Rd.

Okanagan Region
