VANCOUVER, Sept. 6, 2017 /CNW/ - The Honourable Dominic LeBlanc, Minister of Fisheries, Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard and the Honourable Marc Garneau, Minister of Transport Canada, will announce new initiatives under the Oceans Protection Plan, and introduce a new vessel for the Canadian Coast Guard Base Kitsilano in Vancouver.
