GATINEAU, QC, Nov. 6, 2018 /CNW/ - Marking the completion of the historic restoration and modernization of the West Block and the new Visitor Welcome Centre on Parliament Hill in Ottawa, the Honourable Carla Qualtrough, Minister of Public Services and Procurement and Accessibility, will participate in a ceremonial handover with the Speaker of the House of Commons, the Honourable Geoff Regan.
Following the handover ceremony, members of the media are invited to a guided tour of the West Block.

Senior officials from Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) and the House of Commons will lead the tour and answer questions from the media.
