A speaking program filled with visual and audio elements will begin at 9:30 a.m. sharp, with Premier Brian Pallister, Mayor Brian Bowman, Ivanhoé Cambridge president of retail Claude Sirois, and Outlet Collection Winnipeg general manager Dimitrios Cotsianis bringing greetings.
