TORONTO, Dec. 6, 2012 /CNW/ - TVO's The Agenda with Steve Paikin will host the first televised debate for the Ontario Liberal Party leadership. Steve Paikin, anchor and senior editor of The Agenda, will moderate the debate and will incorporate questions for the candidates sent via social media from citizens across the province.
What: Ontario Liberal Party Leadership debate
When: Thursday December 6 at 8 pm; repeat at 11 pm
Who: All seven candidates: Eric Hoskins, Gerard Kennedy, Glen Murray, Sandra Pupatello, Charles Sousa, Harinder Takhar, Kathleen Wynne

Why: This will be the first opportunity for citizens province-wide to see where candidates vying for the leadership of the Ontario Liberal Party and Ontario's next premier stand on issues of public policy.
