Media Advisory - OSC in the Community Hosts 'Protect Your Money' In Toronto
TORONTO, Feb. 12, 2014 /CNW/ - As part of its 'OSC in the Community' investor outreach program, the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) will be in Toronto on February 26, 2014 to host 'Protect Your Money', a free interactive seminar on fraud prevention and working with a financial advisor.
The session will feature senior-level OSC speakers discussing the latest investment frauds and scams and providing information on how investors can protect their hard-earned money. Speakers will answer questions from Toronto investors about financial issues that matter to them.
Media are invited to attend the entire event and interview OSC spokespeople in advance of the seminar.
