Media Advisory - PHOTO AND INTERVIEW OPPORTUNITIES - News Conference - Complex Joint Police Project Dismantles Illegal Drug Importation and Distribution Rings Français
LONDON, ON, May 21, 2014 /CNW/ - Members of the media are invited to join members of the Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau tomorrow as they outline the results of a complex multi-jurisdictional investigation with international ties.
Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Deputy Commissioner Scott Tod and members of the Waterloo Regional Police Service and Canada Border Services Agency will provide details of a probe importing and trafficking operations involving illegal drugs imported directly from Mexico.
One-on-one interviews will be available following the formal media conference. For members of the media unable to attend in person, requests for phone interviews with the primary spokespersons can be arranged in advance via the media contact below.
