The charity just started painting its 50th mural
MONTREAL, Aug. 19, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - With two projects already completed and five murals - including its 50th large-scale mural! - in progress throughout the city, MU's 7th season is currently in full swing. Media representatives are invited to photograph muralists at work inside Montreal's neighborhoods.

MU, a charitable non-profit organization, wishes to beautify Montreal by creating long-lasting murals within the city's communities. Since 2007, MU has produced 50 large-scale murals. The organization was the recipient of Andrée-Daigle Culture Citizen Prize awarded by Les Arts et la ville network (2012); two Grafika Prizes (2008 and 2012); and two provincial prizes awarded by Quebec Entrepreneur Contest (2008).
