TORONTO, May 26 2014 /CNW/ - As the recent measles outbreaks in Canada demonstrate, infectious diseases have no borders. Children all over the world must receive routine immunizations to prevent these diseases from spreading. Today, 22 million children do not receive these basic vaccines, and receiving them could mean the difference between life and death.
On the eve of Prime Minister Harper's "Saving Every Women, Every Child" Summit join us for a panel discussion to learn about the impact of global immunization campaigns and to promote the importance of vaccines in saving the lives of millions of children.
