TORONTO, Feb. 17 /CNW/ - Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty will address delegates to the Beginning Teachers' Conference of the Ontario English Catholic Teachers' Association (OECTA).

OECTA members in their first five years of teaching are eligible to attend the conference. This annual event provides information, professional development and training that members have said they need and want in their first years of teaching.
