Media advisory - Premier Wynne to Host Infrastructure Summit with Experts from Across Canada in Toronto on August 6 Français
OTTAWA, July 31, 2014 /CNW/ - An Infrastructure Working Group formed by Canada's Premiers and led by Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne will convene a summit in Toronto on August 6. The summit will focus on exploring opportunities to build up Canada's public infrastructure and drive economic growth.
Along with Premier Wynne, provincial and territorial ministers responsible for infrastructure and economic development are examining the importance of public infrastructure to Canada's economy and are seeking input from leading industry, government and NGO experts on infrastructure.
The summit will feature an armchair discussion with Premier Kathleen Wynne and Manitoba Premier Greg Selinger on the future of public infrastructure in Canada.
