Media advisory - Press briefing following the loss of Private Patrick Lormand

VALCARTIER GARRISON, QC, Sept. 14 /CNW Telbec/ - Following the death of Private Patrick Lormand , members of media are invited to a press briefing from Colonel Jean-Marc Lanthier, Commander 5 Canadian Mechanized Brigade Group (5 CMBG), on the Valcartier Garrison on September 14, 2009 , at 10:00 a.m.

Colonel Lanthier will then make a short declaration about the announcement of the death of Private Patrick Lormand , happened in Afghanistan on September 13, 2009 .

Media representatives who wish to be present are asked to inform 5 CMBG Public Affairs personnel at one of the numbers bellow. All must be present at Valcartier Garrison's main gate at 9:30 a.m. at the latest to be escorted to the gathering point.
