WHAT

Twenty-seven thousand B.C. Government workers and select ICBC workers from three labour unions (BCGEU, PEA, COPE378) will be taking job action in early September to achieve a new collective agreement

September job action details will be unveiled at a press conference.

• Darryl Walker, President, B.C. Government and Service Employees' Union (BCGEU)
• Scott McCannell, Executive Director, Professional Employees Association (PEA)
• David Black, President, Canadian Office & Professional Employees Union Local 378 (COPE 378).

The BCGEU, PEA, and COPE 378 issued a strike notice to the B.C. Public Service Agency, the Labour Relations Board and ICBC today.
