Media Advisory - Princesses gather in Yarmouth to celebrate the magic of a wish

DARTMOUTH, NS, April 26, 2012 /CNW/ - On Sunday April 29^th, The Children's Wish Foundation of Canada, Nova Scotia Chapter will host a Princess Tea Party at The Rodd Grand Hotel & Convention Centre in Yarmouth.  250 parents and children dressed in their best princess outfits are expected to attend the sold-out event.

Highlights of the Princess Tea Party include Tea with cupcakes, the Princess Parlour for royal makeovers, appearances from Disney Princesses and a stage show.  The King and Queen will also be in attendance.

Proceeds from the Yarmouth Princess Tea Party will benefit The Children's Wish Foundation of Canada, Nova Scotia Chapter in its mission to grant the most heartfelt wish of children diagnosed with a life threatening illness.

The Children's Wish Foundation of Canada

Each year, thousands of Canadian children between the ages of three and 17 are diagnosed with a life-threatening illness.  Since 1984, The Children's Wish Foundation of Canada has worked tirelessly to grant exceptional wishes to 18,000 children and their families.
