OTTAWA, May 17 /CNW Telbec/ - The Privacy Commissioner of Canada is hosting a series of consultations with Canadians on issues that are likely to have a serious impact on the privacy of consumers, now and in the near future.
As part of these consultations, discussion panels on the privacy issues related to the online tracking, profiling and targeting of consumers by marketers and other businesses will take place on May 19, 2010 in Montréal.
Journalists are welcome to attend. Please be advised that seating capacity is limited. The event will be webcast.
