CALGARY, May 28, 2013 /CNW/ - Prof. Jack Mintz, Director of The School of Public Policy at the University of Calgary, will release a new and ground-breaking report taking aim at the way provincial governments tax one of the largest and fastest growing sectors in Canada - mining.

Mintz will provide criticism and advice for jurisdictions from coast to coast in Canada, but will reserve special criticism for the "irrational" tax regimes of Ontario and Quebec.
