OTTAWA, Feb. 4, 2014 /CNW/ - Budget cuts, new technologies, and a new generation of public servants have become ongoing challenges for HR leaders at all levels of government. At Public Sector HR 2014: Performance, Productivity and Transformation, The Conference Board of Canada will highlight the themes of employee wellness and high performance in the workplace.

Conference Board of Canada researchers in workplace health and wellness will be making the case for investment in employee wellness programs to reduce absenteeism and increase productivity.
