First pieces of equipment to be removed from Nova Forge and shipped to U.S. Thursday

TRENTON, N.S., March 6, 2013 /CNW/ - Recently terminated Steelworkers will demonstrate Thursday as the first pieces of equipment are removed from the closed Nova Forge plant and shipped to the U.S.

"We must bring attention to the ongoing loss of good jobs and industry in our region and demand a greater commitment from government, business and all stakeholders to reverse this trend," said United Steelworkers representative Mark Arsenault.
