TORONTO, Aug. 27, 2018 /CNW/ - This long weekend, entertainment lovers from across the country will descend on Toronto for Fan Expo, Canada's largest celebration of pop culture. Rogers is marking the occasion by bringing fan-favourite content to life all week long at the city's largest 'house party', offering guests a four-day entertainment extravaganza of free activities from movie screenings to celebrity meet-and-greets, opportunities to hang out with The Simpsons family and to rub elbows with current and former Blue Jays and Maple Leaf players.
Located at the corner of Bremner Blvd. and Lower Simcoe St. in Toronto's historic Roundhouse Park, from August 30 to September 3, the Ignite TV Command House will be THE destination to celebrate with a week packed full of free activities for entertainment lovers of all ages, beginning Thursday, Aug. 30 at 10 a.m. ET.
On the evening of August 30, fans will have a chance to relive the thrills of one of the most iconic films in history with a special 25th Anniversary screening of Steven Spielberg's original Jurassic Park. Whether you're a Dr. Grant, a Dr. Sattler, or even a "Newman" – movie goers are invited to don their safari best to celebrate this classic film and take part in an attempt to establish a new world record for the "Largest Gathering of People to Watch Jurassic Park".
