Artist Gary Taxali and Photographer Matt Barnes to be honoured

OTTAWA, Feb. 15, 2012 /CNW/ - The Royal Canadian Mint is hosting an invitation-only reception at the Art Gallery of Ontario to celebrate the collaboration of award-winning artist Gary Taxali and photographer Matt Barnes on the pop art design of the coins and packaging for the Mint's new 2012 Gift Sets and Tooth Fairy Gift Card.

After welcome remarks and acknowledgments by the Mint, invited guests will be able to meet the artists and have their purchases of coins, a limited edition Gary Taxali print or books autographed.
